About me

I’m based in North Leeds, but I was brought up Harrogate and have also lived in New Zealand. These places, and the people I’ve met along the way, have shaped who I am and how I approach every ceremony: with openness, warmth, and a genuine love for celebrating others.

At home, life is shared with my husband (for half the year - but that’s a story we can save for our first chat!) and our beloved fur baby, Fifi the cat, who firmly believes she runs the household.

When I’m not crafting ceremonies, you’ll usually find me out walking, at the gym (nothing too intense - no I am certainly not into Hyrox!), or catching up with friends over a glass of Sauvignon Blanc… usually two.

I also bring both personal and professional experience working with adults and children who have additional needs or who are neurodivergent. Creating an inclusive, comfortable, and supportive environment is incredibly important to me, and I’m committed to ensuring every couple feels understood, respected, and celebrated exactly as they are.

When I got married in 2023, as perfect as it was, my husband and I both said how having a celebrant would have made the day much more personable. That's where my passion for becoming a celebrant really started and I started looking into my training options before becoming certified in 2025.

Becoming a  certified  wedding celebrant is one of my proudest achievements (as well as passing my maths GCSE 3rd time around!) and I am dedicated to creating a bespoke script that encompasses your relationship.

Get in touch with me via my home page or initial discussion page for an informal chat about my services!
